Let’s be clear from the start – I think this will only work well if you are using very heavy shoe boxes, and rather light objects. Or forget the shoebox and use a wooden box that you perhaps got a Christmas Peppermint Foot Scrub Kit in last year and haven’t been able to throw out because it’s made of wood and really you’ll use it some day, right? Having said that, this is, in principle, a fun idea.
